3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

3.4 Transaction Policy
- The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must match the number registered on the account.
- dg333 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and place them on hold if necessary.
- In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended.
- In cases of fraudulent transactions, the account will be permanently closed and the withdrawal will be cancelled.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳37,000.
4.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- It is not possible to claim more than one welcome bonus on a single account.
- dg333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of fraudulent bonus claims.
4.3 VIP Program
The dg333 VIP program has five tiers in total. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on a member's activity and participation. dg333 reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dg333 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
- Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
- Harassing or causing harm to other members.
- Creating an account with false information or obstructing the verification process.
- Selling or transferring an account to a third party without dg333's permission.
